Making Payment: Upon ordering, you can choose to pay via Paypal [an invoice will be emailed to you] or to mail a check or money order
Shipping: Provided by USPS, standard shipping rates apply [4-9 dollars, depending on location]. International rates vary by location.
If you prefer another shipping method, such as overnight delivery, please specify at time of order.
Est. Time of Shipment: In-stock item(s) will be shipped 2-3 days after payment is processed. For custom orders, allow up to 2 weeks. For multiple-item orders, allow 3-6 weeks.

Damage during Transit: If an item arrives damaged, it can be returned within 7 days for repairs at no cost except for return shipping. If damage is buyer's responsibility, there may be a small fee charged for repairs.
Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it for an exchange or credit [minus shipping] under the following conditions:
1] Item must be in same condition as when shipped; 2] Item must be returned within 7 days after it is received; 3] State the reason item is being returned; 4] If conditions are not met, no exchange or credit can be offered
