Making Payment There are 2 options: 1] Pay via Paypal [you'll receive an invoice by email that guides you through the payment process]; 2] Mail a check or money order. Shipping Provided by USPS, standard shipping rates apply [$ 4-12 depending on location]. International rates vary by destination.
